This luxurious fully equipped holiday apartment is situated in Beach Road, Strand, within 1 hour drive from Cape Town (N2 Highway) and 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport (N2 Highway). The well known Boland Stellenbosch Wine route is only 10 minutes away.

The 3 bedroom holiday apartment paradise consists of three comfortable bedrooms with two bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and bed-linen.

The bathroom in the en-suite main bedroom has a bath, wash-basin and toilet. The second bathroom in the passage has a shower, bath, wash-basin and toilet. Please bring own towels.

The Luxury Kitchen is equipped with a stove (plates and oven), microwave-oven, cutlery and cooking ware, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and iron-board.

• Strand Accommodation Minimum Booking Periods Apply (do enquire).

• Payment structure: 50% of full rental plus booking fee @ time of booking.

• Balance and key/ breakage deposit at least 7 days before arrival.

• Arrival time: after 15h00

• Departure time: before 09h00

Cancellation:

• More than 30 days before arrival: Forfeit 20% of total rental amount and full booking fee.

• Within 8 to 30 days before arrival: Forfeit 50% of total rental amount and full booking fee.

• Less than 8 days before arrival: Forfeit 100% of total deposit amount and full booking fee.

• No cancellations accepted for bookings in the December/January period
