This 2- bedroom holiday apartment consists of one double bedroom and a twin room (bunker bed), two bathroom with bath or shower and a comfortable lounge / dining room area with TV. Washing room with washing machine and tumble dryer on ground floor.

Conditions

• Payment structure: 50% of full rental plus booking fee @ time of booking.

• Balance and key/ breakage deposit at least 7 days before arrival.

• Arrival time: after 15h00

• Departure time: before 09h00

Cancellation:

• More than 30 days before arrival: Forfeit 20% of total rental amount and full booking fee.

• Within 8 to 30 days before arrival: Forfeit 50% of total rental amount and full booking fee.

• Less than 8 days before arrival: Forfeit 100% of total deposit amount and full booking fee.

• No cancellations accepted for bookings in the December/January period
