This beach style self-catering house is situated in the small village of Scarborough, the safest suburb of Cape Town, on the Atlantic Sea Board, 35 minutes drive outside of Cape Town.

The village provides an excellent base to explore the natural beauty of the Cape Peninsula, Table Mountain, The Waterfront and Winelands. There are numerous good restaurants and golf courses close by, a comprehensive shopping complex with Cinemas at Long Beach Mall, 15 minutes drive away. Other activities available in the area are: surfing, kite-surfing, windsurfing, scuba-diving, golf, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, horse/camel riding, cycling, spear fishing, musseling, crayfishing (permits required), shark diving and sailing.

The Southern Right Whales can be easily viewed throughout summer.
