The Buisfontein farm is situated next to the Hartebeesfonteint-Brakspruit, approximately twenty kilometers northwest of Klerksdorp. This historical farm in the North West Province of South Africa is where you will find the tranquil and untouched gem, Fort Buis Game Lodge, hidden between the ravines and cliffs next to the Hartebeesfontein-Brakspruit road.

Main Facilities of Fort Buis Game Lodge:

• The four external charming bedrooms each has its own unique décor and style ranging from African simplicity to colonial flair including luxury en-suite bathrooms.
• A fully operational kitchen is available in the main homestead with its exquisitely furnished lounge and fire place, which allows for self catering or a fully catered alternative in the dining room.
• To enjoy meals outdoors, alternate venues are available where guests can enjoy the star-studded African sky, around a blazing bonfire. Options are available.
• The main homestead has a main bedroom with king size bed and another room with 4 bunk beds (suitable for children), plus two bathrooms with bath or shower.
• The two Rondawels both have two beds, heaters and cupboards, with a patio to enjoy the grassed and outdoor area.
• The external rooms each have two beds, heaters, cupboards, and tea and coffee trays.
• Interesting discussions take place over a sundowner at the well stocked relaxing bar at Fort Buis that also offers television, darts, pool and table tennis.
• The refreshing swimming pool is a revamped farm dam that people can enjoy after a challenged day on safari. Diving into the fresh water is ideal to cool one's sun-drenched senses and aching bones.
