Renters

You agree not to claim against us for the failure of a booking, for whatever reason. If you are intending to stay at one of the properties described on our sites, you must rely entirely in your own enquiries and satisfy yourself as to the accuracy of the material on our sites.

We cannot promise that the properties have appropriate safety standards or insurance coverage and recommend that you make provision for your own travel and accommodation insurance for your period of stay.

When confirming a booking you accept the rates quoted, value of accommodation, suitability for your needs and the responsibility for your safety and the safety of those accompanying you on any stay.

It is generally assumed that renters are satisfied with the condition of rental properties on arrival.

Renters - Key/Breakage Deposit Refund

When renters adhere to all the following conditions, only then is the key/breakage deposit refundable:

• You agree to leave the property and content neat and clean without any damage on departure, including dishes and dirt bins
• You leave furniture and used bed linen and towels without stains
• You leave second set or additional bed linen and towels unused or clean and ready for use
• You will report all damage and loss to us or our appointed accommodation agent or owner within 24 hours after arrival or occurrence
• When we receive no complaints from body corporate or reasonable neighbours
• On Departure Date, when you depart before or on the standard departure time (or time stated on the booking form) and applicable keys and remote controls are available to us
• When no bad food or smoke odours are present in the rental establishment
• You will lock all doors and windows securely on departure
• You are responsible for all damage and loss due to your own actions or negligence or those accompanying or visiting your rental accommodation

The mutual refund assessment of Match a Home Eindomsagent CC strictly applies. It is generally assumed that renters will take great care that other people and neighbours are respected.

Renters - General Accommodation Rules

Because of their standard of living, most of our guests automatically adhere to the general rules. This is for the comfort of the odd-one-out.

Renters agree to adhere to the following rules:

• You are responsible for your own travel insurance
• Standard Arrival Time is after 15h00 on Arrival Date, unless otherwise stated on the booking form
• Standard Departure Time is before 09h00 on Departure Date, unless otherwise stated on the booking form
• No pets allowed on premises
• No wet or dirty feet in lifts or staircases
• Report lost keys and remote controls immediately
• No loud music or noise, especially later in the evenings and early mornings
• No washing allowed in front of windows or on balconies
• Only dedicated barbeque areas may be used, which must be cleaned after use
• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• Refuse removal: Please make sure that you know where and when to put your refuse for removal
• Security is your responsibility; do not allow strangers
• All establishment owners prefer non-smoking inside buildings
• You stay with us on your own risk
• No refuse or liquids may be spilled over balconies and stairs
• Be aware of electricity main switch box position in case of power failures
• No flammable or dangerous objects allowed on premises
• Various establishments and security complexes have their own reasonable house rules and renters must adhere to those applicable rules to make their own and other tenants' stay as enjoyable as possible.

These rules are applicable to add to your holiday accommodation satisfaction.

Privacy Policy

We take care not to release confidential information to third parties. Nevertheless we take no responsibility whatsoever should there be any information leaks. Please inform us of any changes or misinterpretations on our websites. We do keep the rights to contact or communicate with anybody whose personal information becomes available on or through our websites.

Reliance and Waiver

In return for your access to material on our site you agree not to make any claim against us.

We take no responsibility and will not accept any claim due to dishonesty of owners, agents and renters or due to negligence from Match a Home Eindomsagent CC or due to incorrect material on our websites. • You agree to indemnify us for any claim, direct or indirect, on a complete indemnity basis including our legal costs, whether contributed to by our own negligence or otherwise:

Material: means Text, graphics, photos, other media and or any information on our sites

Us, we, our: means Match a Home Eindomsagent CC its members and employees

You, your: means the Renter of one of our establishments on offer and include the renter's guest and those in group

Truth: Means reliability, accuracy or completeness

Claim: means a demand for payment, or rectification, or publication whether by litigation or otherwise and includes the loss or damage claimed and legal costs incurred

Promise: means a guarantee, warranty or representation

Negligence: wherever used includes our negligence as well as the deliberate or negligent acts of others

Sites: means all websites, Internet access portals, URL's capable of being accessed by a browser, including WAP and other formats operated and maintained by us

Renter: means person seeking to enquire about or stay at properties referred to in material on our sites

Owner: the person or company who represents themselves to us as the registered proprietors, agent, or administrator of the property

Stay: means the period of the rental of the property
